| About Lease |
| Rent and deposit |
| After the customer pays the rental and deposit of the leased equipment according to the quoted terms, we will arrange the delivery, installation and commissioning according to the agreed time. |
| The deposit cannot be used as rent during the lease period. |
| Upon the expiration of the lease term, if there is no defect in the lease item returned by Party A, the deposit shall be returned (without interest). |
| The rent is paid in three monthly installments, and the next installment must be paid 15 days in advance at the latest. |
| Ownership of leased equipment |
| The ownership of the leased equipment and its components belongs to YOYOBOTS, and the customer only has the right to use the leased equipment during the lease period. |
| Without the consent of our company, the customer shall not add or reduce the parts on the equipment at will, nor shall the equipment be mortgaged for any reason, otherwise the relevant responsibility arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer. |
| Mutual obligation |
| After the rental equipment is debugged and run by our staff, the customer will provide operators. |
| During the lease period, our company is responsible for the maintenance of the leased materials, and the maintenance cost is borne by the customer. |
| During the lease period, the customer shall not transfer or sublease the leased equipment to a third party without our consent, nor shall the customer sell or use it as collateral. |
| The customer shall keep and use the leased equipment properly. |
| At the end of the lease term, the customer shall return all the leased equipment and accessories as agreed, and the related expenses of packaging, logistics and so on arising therefrom shall be agreed by both parties. |
| Liability for breach |
| If the customer does not pay the rent on time, it shall pay 2% of the rent owed to YOYOBOTS for each day overdue. |
| If the customer fails to return the leased equipment within the time limit, it shall pay 5% of the total rent penalty to YOYOBOTS for each overdue day. |
| In case of damage or loss of the leased materials due to improper storage or use of the leased materials by Party A, Party A shall compensate Party B for the losses caused thereby. |
| If Party A transfers, sublets, sells or mortgages the leased materials without Party B's consent, Party A shall compensate Party B for the losses caused thereby. |
| If the customer transfers, sublets, sells or mortgages the leased materials without our consent. Customer shall indemnify YOYOBOTS for any loss caused therefrom. |
| If YOYOBOTS fails to deliver the leased equipment to the customer on time, it shall compensate the customer for the loss caused thereby. |
